• Capital Sourcing: Orchestrate the entire documentation and application process to secure structured financing for our wind farm portfolio.
• Investment Insight: Act as a central hub for the executive team, providing the data and logic needed to finalize high-stakes investment and funding decisions.
• Banking Management: Serve as the primary custodian of institutional banking data, overseeing account lifecycle management and signatory authorizations.
• Strategic Auditing: Rigorously evaluate the financial sustainability and risk profiles of emerging green energy ventures.
• Community Finance: Support the financial management of cooperative legal entities, ensuring seamless fiscal governance.
• Corporate Actions: Manage the execution of capital increases, profit distributions, and the specialized financial requirements of cooperative law.
• Executive Liaison: Prepare high-impact financial briefs and resolutions for both internal boards and external regulatory bodies.
• Group Liquidity: Maintain fiscal health through proactive cash flow forecasting and provide specialized financial consulting to our internal subsidiaries.

Your Qualifications
