• Live Hosting: Lead and host high-energy, interactive digital shows inside a professional, high-tech studio.
• Building an Audience: Create a positive and professional relationship with viewers in Russian to keep them watching and keep the atmosphere exciting.
• Representing the Brand: Follow strict standards for appearance and performance, making sure every show reflects our brand's excellence.
• Technical Skills: Learn to use advanced studio equipment and broadcast software (we provide full training) to make sure every live transition is perfect.

The Ideal Profile: Charisma and Energy

• Language Skills: You must speak Russian at a native or near-native level. You also need basic English (B1/B2) for talking with the rest of the company.
• Captivating Presence: You are naturally good at holding an audience's attention and staying very enthusiastic during live shows.
• Work Schedule: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a rotating shift schedule (including days, nights, and weekends).
• Legal Papers: You must have the legal right to work in the EU (such as an EU Passport or a valid Residence Permit).
• Background: Experience in luxury service, performing arts, or public speaking is a big plus, but a professional and positive attitude is what we care about most.
