Your Mission: Strategic Retail Solutions
This is a full-time, on-site role at our modern Umhlanga headquarters. You will join a multicultural team dedicated to supporting the German-speaking (DACH) market. Whether you are an experienced pro or a motivated newcomer, we provide the expert training you need to succeed.
- Multi-Channel Support: Manage complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, global shipping, and payments.
- Problem Solving: Focus on resolving issues during the first contact by analyzing and fixing service errors to keep customers happy.
- Product Expertise: Stay up to date on retail trends and platform updates to provide expert advice to our users.
- Data Accuracy: Keep detailed records of every interaction in our CRM system to help improve the overall customer journey.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of the brand, maintaining a professional and friendly tone in every conversation.
What We're Looking For
We want resourceful communicators who can handle digital tools with speed and accuracy.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German (B2) and English (B2), with strong written and verbal skills.
- Education: A Matric/Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent high school qualification.
- Background: Experience in hospitality, retail, or business services is a plus, but we value a proactive mindset above all else.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using multiple digital systems and professional software at once.
- Personal Skills: High emotional intelligence, great listening skills, and the maturity to work in a fast-paced environment.
