About the Role We are seeking an engaged and detail-oriented Transport Logistics Dispatcher (m/f/d) to become part of a fast-growing enterprise operating within the renewable energy industry. In this position, your efforts will directly contribute to advancing the global clean energy transition by planning and steering sustainable cross-border shipping activities. You will collaborate daily with a seasoned and supportive crew at our Coesfeld office, ensuring that eco-friendly raw materials reach their destinations securely, punctually, and with maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport Execution: Coordinate international freight movements via road and maritime channels, routing sustainable bio-feedstocks from various suppliers directly to clients across the European Union.
• Partner Coordination: Communicate with and instruct logistics providers and freight forwarding partners to guarantee punctual collection and drop-off milestones.
• Cost Management: Bargain competitive shipping tariffs, oversee logistics expenditures, and proactively prevent costly demurrage or cleaning penalties.
• Tracking & Documentation: Keep shipment records meticulously updated within our internal databases and closely monitor every phase of transit.
• Compliance & Customs: Draft, review, and verify all transit and customs paperwork to guarantee total adherence to regulatory mandates.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Update Trading, Finance, and Inventory teams daily regarding upcoming freight schedules and logistics statuses.
• Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and pitch practical enhancements for our internal supply chain workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Haves:

• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in German (C1) and a working command of English (B2).
• Skills & Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, robust administrative capabilities, numerical competence, and a keen sense of cost efficiency.
• Work Style: Readiness to be based primarily on-site in Coesfeld and the ability to manage standard dispatch duties calmly under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Formal training as a freight forwarding and logistics management specialist (Speditionskaufmann/-frau), a relevant academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (BWL), or simply a genuine enthusiasm for the logistics sector.
• Initial professional exposure within freight dispatching or transport operations.
• Background knowledge handling EU customs regulations or import documentation protocols.
