• Workplace Model: On-site (Umhlanga, Durban)
• Base Compensation: R24,000 per month
• Hours & Shift Structure: 40 hours weekly (5 days) across a 24/7 rotational schedule

Role Description We are recruiting fluent German speakers to deliver outstanding assistance for a major global online retail platform. Based at our Umhlanga office, you will act as the primary contact for online shoppers, managing order placements, tracking shipments, processing payment inquiries, and answering item questions. Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Resolve client requests across phone, live web chat, and email channels in fluent German and English.
• Order & Shipping Assistance: Track deliveries, process return requests, and resolve logistics delays for customers.
• Troubleshooting: Address customer concerns with calm, considerate, and empathetic communication.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain full familiarity with catalog updates to deliver accurate information and smart recommendations.
• System Documentation: Detail all customer touchpoints accurately inside internal corporate systems.
• Target Management: Meet performance benchmarks consistently, focusing on quality standards and customer satisfaction (CSAT) goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Skills: Strong fluency in spoken and written German (minimum B2 level) along with professional English communication skills.
• Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent educational credential.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible, 8-hour rotating shifts on a 24/7 roster (including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays).
• Tech Skills: Capable of navigating several software applications and databases simultaneously.
• Background: Customer care or retail background is a plus; fully paid, comprehensive initial training is provided.
