Our expanding international operations center in Lisbon, Portugal, is currently interviewing motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists. In this capacity, you will step into the role of brand ambassador for a globally recognized industry giant specializing in premium consumer electronics and household appliances, ensuring their consumer base receives elite support.
Work Format: This is a 100% on-site role operating out of our contemporary, centrally located corporate office in Lisbon.
Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow
As a Customer Operations Consultant, your mission is to transform standard technical inquiries into positive, long-term brand moments:
- Omnichannel Support: Professionally manage incoming requests from Dutch-speaking consumers across phone networks, email systems, and live web-chat modules regarding product specifications, warranty parameters, delivery logistics, device initialization, and corporate orders.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Attentively analyze customer concerns regarding home appliances and smart tech, isolate the root technical glitch, offer straightforward resolutions, or coordinate directly with our engineering and repair network.
- Data Integrity & CRM Upkeep: Log and track all communications, consumer feedback, and ticket resolutions accurately within our CRM platform to preserve flawless case tracking.
- Continuous Professional Up-skilling: Participate in regular, fully compensated training programs to stay aligned with recent item releases, digital tools, and advanced customer service practices.
Candidate Profile: Capabilities & Prerequisites
We prioritize an optimistic mindset, emotional intelligence, and clear interpersonal communication abilities over strict industry tenure.
Essential Criteria
- Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native mastery (C1/C2 level) of the Dutch language (written and verbal), paired with a solid business proficiency (B2 level) in English for internal operations.
- Geographic Status: Currently residing in Lisbon, or entirely prepared and legally authorized to independently move to Portugal.
- Interaction Style: Outstanding spoken and written communication talents, characterized by a patient, resolution-driven, and customer-first mindset.
- Digital Literacy: High comfort level working on computers, multitasking across various software applications, and quickly adapting to new digital platforms.
Preferred Extras (Optional assets)
- Previous employment history in contact centers, customer care, retail storefronts, hospitality, or technical helpdesks.
- A natural curiosity about smart home ecosystems, personal electronics, or contemporary kitchen and home appliances.
Hours & Work Schedule
- Structure: Full-time contract consisting of 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Operational Shift: Rotating rosters scheduled entirely within a daytime window of 07:00 to 17:00.
