In this role, you will be the face of a market-leading international online travel platform. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will serve as the essential link between global travelers and property hosts, resolving issues and making sure every vacation goes exactly according to plan.
Core Daily Operations
As an integral part of our German-speaking support team, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Itinerary Management: Helping travelers manage their bookings, including processing new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Billing & Policy Queries: Managing refund requests, resolving invoice discrepancies, and explaining booking conditions with an empathetic and professional demeanor.
- B2B Partner Support: Assisting accommodation hosts with system troubleshooting, rate modifications, and live room availability updates.
- Digital Support: Guiding users through the platform's website functionalities, account settings, and mobile application.
- Data Logging: Maintaining accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and solutions within our centralized CRM system.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who loves tourism, excels at independent work, and thrives on solving problems in a fast-paced setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or bilingual fluency in written and spoken German, combined with a solid command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal systems and team collaboration.
- Work Eligibility: A valid EU passport or an unrestricted, legal authorization to work in Greece.
- Technical Agility: The ability to multitask across various software applications, navigate databases, and quickly master new digital tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional active listening abilities, natural empathy, and a strong collaborative mindset.
- Professional Background: Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, front-desk positions, or tourism is helpful but not mandatory. We provide an extensive, fully paid virtual training program!

- Base Salary: €1,380 Gross per month.
- 14-Month Salary Structure: In full compliance with Greek labor laws, your annual pay is distributed across 14 installments instead of 12, providing extra payouts during the Christmas, Easter, and summer holiday periods.
