In this role as a German-Speaking Travel Consultant, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless, stress-free journeys for our clients. Responsibilities: Your Daily Impact
As the primary contact for our German-speaking passengers, you will deliver vital support, empathy, and professional direction.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide polite, high-quality, and professional assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media. You will address a diverse range of queries—from basic questions to intricate travel plans—while keeping a positive, supportive attitude.
- Bookings & Modifications: Guide passengers through new flight reservations, as well as handling itinerary changes, cancellations, and complex rescheduling demands with sharp attention to detail.
- Travel Expertise & Guidance: Deliver up-to-date information regarding destinations, travel advisories, and international visa or customs rules, acting as a reliable anchor for travelers.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and fix real-time travel complications to safeguard a smooth passenger experience. This involves managing ticketing errors, baggage claims, and special on-board requests.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams, such as airport ground operations and flight scheduling crews, to escalate complex cases and find swift solutions.
- Accurate Documentation: Keep precise, thorough, and compliant summaries of all customer touchpoints, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM platform.
- Continuous Learning: Keep pace with changing global transit rules, airline guidelines, and broader industry trends to offer the most accurate assistance.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Shifts: Rotational roster basis, Monday through Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00.
- Roster: Benefit from a structured schedule featuring 2 days off each week, giving you ample time to appreciate the Maltese lifestyle.
Compensation and Benefits: Your Rewards

Gross Monthly Salary Progression:
- 1st Month (Training Period): €885.40
- Months 2 to 6 (Probationary Period): €1,425.60
- From the 7th Month (Post-Probation): €1,596.00
- Month 13+ (After One Year): You will receive an increased base salary tier, along with a performance-related bonus of €1,540.00.
Additional Financial Incentives:
- Language Allowance: Up to €3,000 annually, divided into your monthly paychecks to reward your C1/C2 German proficiency.
- Performance Bonuses: Up to €2,000 per year, connected directly to meeting specific customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality targets.
