We are seeking enthusiastic Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our dynamic, international team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will represent a world-renowned, leading global household appliance and consumer electronics brand, ensuring their customers receive top-tier support and solutions.
This is a fully on-site position based in our modern Lisbon office.
The Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of a household name brand. Your primary focus will be to turn every customer interaction into a positive, seamless experience.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries from Flemish-speaking customers via phone, email, and digital channels regarding product features, warranties, deliveries, and troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Efficiently diagnose issues with appliances/electronics and provide clear, step-by-step guidance or coordinate with technical teams to resolve the customer's issue.
- Data Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, complaints, and feedback into our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and quality control.
- Brand Advocacy: Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's product lineup and values, acting as a knowledgeable and empathetic brand ambassador.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new product launches, technical updates, and customer service best practices.
Profile Requirements
Whether you have years of customer service experience or are looking to break into the industry, we want to hear from you! We value attitude and communication skills above all else.
Must-Haves:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) proficiency in Flemish, combined with a solid B2 level of written and spoken English.
- Location: Already residing in Lisbon, or fully willing and able to relocate independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software systems, chat tools, and CRM platforms simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory (comprehensive training is provided!).
- An interest in home appliances, technology, or consumer electronics.
Schedule & Working Hours
- Shifts: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
- Standard Hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
We offer a highly competitive compensation package tailored to provide stability and reward excellent performance:
- Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes summer and Christmas bonuses).
- Language Allowance: €150 monthly allowance for your Flemish language skills.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly KPI bonus based on your quality and efficiency targets.
- Meal Allowance: €7 per working day (approx. €140–€150 net extra per month).
