We are seeking enthusiastic, driven Norwegian-speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our growing international team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will represent a world-renowned, leading global household appliance and consumer electronics brand, ensuring their Nordic customer base receives exceptional support.

This is a fully on-site position based in our modern, well-connected Lisbon office.

The Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you are the primary point of contact for the brand. Your goal is to transform standard customer service interactions into positive, memorable brand experiences.

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries from Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and digital chat platforms regarding product features, warranties, deliveries, installations, and orders.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Actively listen to customer issues regarding home appliances/electronics, diagnose the technical or logical problem, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions or coordinate with the technical service network.
  • Data Accuracy: Document and update all customer interactions, complaints, and solutions accurately within our CRM database to ensure seamless case management.
  • Brand Ambassador: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the brand's product lines, technology, and corporate values, representing them with empathy, professionalism, and high quality.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in regular paid training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, technical specifications, and customer service methodologies.

Profile Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) proficiency in Norwegian, along with a strong working command (B2 level) of English.
  • Location/Status: Already based in Lisbon, or fully willing and legally able to relocate to Portugal completely on your own.
  • Communication Style: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, solution-oriented, and customer-first mindset.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, navigating multiple software screens, and learning new digital tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality, or technical support is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • An interest in smart home technology, consumer electronics, or modern home appliances.

Schedule & Working Hours

  • Shifts: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
  • Standard Hours: 08:00 – 17:00.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary structure designed to provide financial stability and reward your day-to-day performance:

  • Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonuses).
  • Language Allowance: €150 monthly allowance specifically for your Norwegian language expertise.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly KPI bonus based on meeting quality and efficiency targets.
  • Meal Allowance: €7 per working day (adds approximately €140–€150 net extra per month).

Important Note on Relocation

Please note that no relocation package or flight reimbursement is provided for this position. If you are applying from Norway or elsewhere abroad, you must be prepared to manage and fund your own travel, paperwork, and housing arrangements in Lisbon independently.
