Hebrew Speaking Content Moderator (Remote in Portugal)

Position Overview

• Location: Fully Remote (Must be currently based in Portugal; no relocation assistance provided)
• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, 5 days a week, rotative shifts)
• Equipment: Fully provided by the company

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining platform safety, ensuring appropriate platform guidelines and policies are upheld across all digital channels. Your daily tasks will include:

• Content Review & Policy Enforcement: Review user-generated content in Hebrew to ensure alignment with platform guidelines, safety policies, and best practices, maintaining a healthy and respectful online environment.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve safety concerns, flagged content issues, account access requests, and complex technical policy questions with fairness and sound judgment.
• Data Accuracy: Document and log reviews and administrative decisions accurately in our internal systems to keep operational workflows smooth and well-documented.
• Quality & Metrics: Strive to consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, such as accuracy benchmarks, response efficiency, and quality guidelines.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Location & Work Status: Must be strictly based in Portugal. You must hold EU Citizenship OR a valid Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência). Please note: Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not available for this role.
• Language Skills: Native or near-native level of Hebrew (both written and spoken) AND a solid B2 level of English to navigate training, internal systems, and communicate effectively with international colleagues.
• Adaptability: Ability to work rotative shifts (5 days a week, 8 hours a day) from your dedicated home office environment.
• Tech Savviness: Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple browser tabs simultaneously, and learning new internal software applications quickly.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, active listening, and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
• Prior Experience: Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or online operations is nice to have, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training to set you up for success!

Salary & Package

• Salary: 1,767 EUR gross per month (paid over 12 months)
• Work Setup: 100% remote working environment within Portugal
• Hardware: All required hardware and work equipment will be delivered directly to your address in Portugal
