Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager Business Solutions SAP SD (m/f/d) to serve as the key interface between business departments and IT. In this role, you will lead high-impact international IT projects, oversee the SAP SD solution lifecycle, and drive digital transformation within a stable, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Project & Solution Leadership: Lead international IT projects using standard methodologies (PMP, Scrum) and serve as the dedicated SAP SD technical and process expert.
  
• SAP SD Lifecycle Management: Drive the rollout, configuration, and optimization of SAP SD solutions (including SAP S/4HANA); manage external system integrators and service providers regarding delivery, maintenance, updates, and cost estimations.
  
• Demand & Requirements Management: Capture, review, and translate business requirements into high-quality technical concepts and cost-efficient IT solutions.
  
• Process Harmonization & Change Management: Support global business process alignment, act as a cross-functional liaison, and manage stakeholder expectations and change initiatives across international sites.
  
• IT Application Evolution: Continuously evaluate, plan, and enhance IT applications while advising business stakeholders on emerging technologies.
  

Your Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a comparable IT/SAP role within a complex enterprise environment.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP SD (customizing and configuration), with SAP S/4HANA exposure; familiarity with SAP MM is a plus.
  
• Project & Process Expertise: Proven track record in project management and demand management; experience as a Template Responsible, Scenario Owner, or certification in PMP/Scrum is preferred.
  
• Languages: Business-fluent English (B2 minimum) and advanced German (B2 minimum). Italian language skills are nice to have.
  
• Work Style: Strong communicator, service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable leading external partners and cross-functional teams.
  
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site in Berlin at least 3 days per week (up to 2 days remote) and low, planned travel readiness.
