Polish Speaking Content Moderator (With 1000 EUR Signing Bonus)

The Project: Shape the Future of Digital Content

You will be working on a specialized project for a global leader in mobile video technology. Your mission is to ensure that millions of users enjoy a safe and positive experience. As a Content Moderator, you will be the "digital frontline," reviewing and analyzing Polish-language content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community safety guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Content Analysis: Review user-generated videos, images, and text in Polish to identify and filter out content that violates community standards.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply objective judgment to categorize and act upon content related to safety, copyright, and misinformation.
• Cultural Expertise: Use your native-level understanding of Polish culture, slang, and current events to provide accurate moderation.
• Collaboration: Work within a high-energy team to maintain a consistent and secure environment for all users.
• Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed KPIs related to accuracy and speed to ensure the platform remains a trusted space.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level fluency in Polish and a minimum of B2 English.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or social media management is a plus, but not a requirement. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training.
• Mindset: High attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to handle sensitive digital content with professionalism.
• Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule for rotating shifts.
• Location: Must be ready to work 100% on-site at our modern Lisbon office.
