The Project: Guardian of the Digital Community

You will be working on a specialized project for the world's fastest-growing mobile video platform. As a Content Moderator, you are the frontline protector of the digital space. Your mission is to review, analyze, and moderate Greek-language content—including videos, comments, and images—ensuring they comply with strict community guidelines and legal standards.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Proactive Moderation: Review user-generated content in Greek to identify and take action on material that violates platform policies (e.g., hate speech, misinformation, or safety risks).
• Policy Application: Use objective judgment and critical thinking to enforce complex community standards across diverse content types.
• Cultural Context: Apply your deep understanding of Greek culture, linguistic nuances, and current social trends to ensure moderation is accurate and fair.
• Accuracy & Speed: Work efficiently within a high-energy team to meet daily KPIs, ensuring the platform remains a safe space in real-time.
• Safety & Security: Escalate critical issues to specialized teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of global safety protocols.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for resilient individuals who can maintain a professional mindset while navigating the complexities of social media content.

• Language Skills: Native or C2-level fluency in Greek and a minimum of B2 English.
• Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or social media is a plus, but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive, fully paid training!
• Resilience: Ability to maintain a professional and objective mindset when reviewing various types of online content.
• Digital Savvy: A strong interest in social media trends and a high level of comfort with digital tools and software.
• Availability: Ready for a 40-hour work week with a rotating shift schedule (which may include weekends).
