- Omni-channel Engagement: You will navigate a high volume of interactions across various platforms, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, communicating fluently in both Croatian and English.
- Creative & Empathetic Problem Solving: You will handle the "nitty-gritty" of travel—managing booking modifications, processing cancellations, and resolving payment discrepancies—with a focus on speed, accuracy, and genuine empathy.
- System & Policy Expertise: You will undergo comprehensive training to master the client's internal software and global policies, ensuring you provide high-quality, reliable information to every traveler you assist.
- Detailed CRM Documentation: Precision is key. You will be responsible for maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to ensure continuity and quality.
