Your Daily Tasks

You will act as a helpful guide for Italian-speaking users, helping them fix tech problems and get the most out of their premium devices:

• Customer Care: Support users via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
• Tech Help: Guide customers through basic and advanced software or hardware features.
• Brand Image: Keep a kind, polite, and professional attitude at all times.
• Stay Informed: Learn about new product launches and software updates.
• Log Data: Type clear details about your conversations into the system.

Who We Want

We value great people skills and clear communication. You do not need a background in tech because we provide a full professional training academy to make you an expert.

• Languages: Fluent or native Italian (C1/C2) and intermediate English (B2) for team meetings.
• Location: You must live in Greece or move there before your start date.
• Legal Status: You must have an EU passport or a valid Greek work visa.
• Skills: You love new technology and are a great listener who fixes problems.
