As a Business Development Representative, you will lead growth initiatives for top-tier cloud systems. Your mission is to find new prospects, understand their operational challenges, and introduce cloud solutions that drive efficiency and digital growth.
As the first point of contact for businesses across the EMEA region, you will build relationships with executives and qualify their needs to create high-value opportunities for the sales team.
Core Strategic Responsibilities
Your focus will be on building a strong sales pipeline through expert outreach and technical matching.
- Pipeline Growth: Consistently hit your quarterly goals for Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and maintain high daily activity to keep the sales funnel full.
- Executive Outreach: Use phone calls and professional emails to reach out to senior decision-makers and explain the benefits of cloud infrastructure.
- Solution Mapping: Identify "pain points" in a company's current setup and match their needs with specific cloud services.
- CRM Accuracy: Keep detailed and accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring all lead and contact data is up to date for the entire team.
- Market Research: Research your assigned territories to find the companies with the highest potential for growth.
What We're Looking For

- Language Skills: Mastery of German (C2) and professional fluency in English (C1) is essential for negotiations and internal teamwork.

- Sales Success: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Cultural Insight: A deep understanding of German business etiquette and local market trends.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations, especially GDPR and international data privacy rules.
- Influence: The ability to talk to high-level stakeholders about return on investment (ROI) and technical setup.
