About the job German Speaking Business Developer (Hybrid)
Do you have the persuasive skills and strategic mindset needed to build high-level corporate partnerships? We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our award-winning consulting team in Krakow. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor for top global tech clients, helping businesses navigate digital transformations and cloud transitions while hitting major growth targets.
This hybrid role is designed for a modern work-life balance, featuring three days a week at our Krakow innovation hub and two days of remote flexibility.

- Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends in cloud technology and digital advertising to provide expert guidance to your clients.
- Team Alignment: Work closely with internal teams and the Sales Manager to ensure your personal goals match the company's bigger picture.
What We're Looking For
We want a resourceful professional who thrives in high-stakes sales and has a disciplined "hunter" mindset.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in German (B2+/C1) and a fluent command of English (B2) for global teamwork.
- Experience: At least one year in a sales role, with a proven track record in lead generation, closing deals, or account management.
- Tech Savvy: A strong understanding of cloud systems and a genuine interest in the evolving tech sector.
- Mindset: A resilient, self-starting attitude with the ability to solve complex business challenges on your own.
- Location: You must be currently living in or ready to move to Krakow, Poland.
