• Multi-Channel Support: Provide high-level advice to German-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat regarding platform features and digital tools.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and fix technical issues, providing clear and professional solutions to users.
• Brand Standards: Maintain top-tier service by following global brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Product Improvement: Spot emerging trends or software bugs and report them to engineering teams to help improve the product.
• Data Management: Keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM system to ensure every user has a smooth experience.
