In this position, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for our passengers, managing inquiries through live chat, email, and telephone. Core Responsibilities: What You Will Do
As our dedicated German-speaking representative, your primary focus will be supporting and guiding travelers throughout every phase of their trip.
- Elevating Customer Care: Provide exceptional, polite assistance via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms, transforming complex inquiries into positive customer experiences.
- Managing Itineraries: Oversee new reservations, manage cancellations, and accurately process modifications or rescheduling requests for flight bookings.
- Providing Travel Insights: Serve as a knowledgeable guide by informing passengers about destination details, current travel advisories, and global visa or customs rules.
- Resolving Operational Hurdles: Troubleshoot real-time travel disruptions, such as ticketing issues, baggage concerns, and special on-board requests to ensure smooth transit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including ground operations and flight coordinators—to swiftly resolve complex or escalated situations.
- Meticulous Record-Keeping: Log all traveler communications, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system with a high level of accuracy.
- Staying Current: Take part in ongoing training sessions to stay up to date with changing airline policies, safety guidelines, and travel industry trends.
Working Hours & Schedule
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Shift Pattern: Rotating rosters operating Monday through Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00, with 2 scheduled rest days each week.

Gross Base Salary Evolution:
- Month 1 (Initial Onboarding): €885.40
- Months 2 to 6 (Probationary Window): €1,425.60
- Month 7 Onward (Post-Probation): €1,596.00
- Month 13+: An updated base salary tier plus a performance reward framework of €1,540.00.
