Primary Responsibilities

Your main objective is to preserve a welcoming, fun, and safe digital space for a massive global audience by analyzing user-submitted media against established safety protocols.

• Media Evaluation: Scrutinize and moderate Italian-language content—including videos, text, imagery, and audio—to ensure full compliance with internal community guidelines.
• Enforcing Guidelines: Swiftly address and remove content that breaches platform rules, such as harassment, fake news, intellectual property theft, or hate speech.
• Cultural Context: Keep up with contemporary Italian slang, internet memes, and cultural trends to make informed decisions on flagged material.
• Performance Metrics: Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency to consistently meet project benchmarks and quality targets.
• Escalation Protocols: Forward highly sensitive, complex, or borderline cases to senior specialists and policy teams for further review.
• Ongoing Professional Development: Engage in continuous training workshops to stay updated on evolving policies and product updates.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in Italian (C1/C2), complemented by a solid working knowledge of English (B2 minimum) for corporate communications and training materials.
• Location: Readiness to work fully on-site at our modern office facilities in Lisbon.
• Digital Literacy: Comfort using social media apps, video-sharing platforms, and standard software interfaces.
• Emotional Resilience: The psychological maturity required to objectively evaluate sensitive or explicit online material while maintaining professional detachment.
• Legal Eligibility: A valid European Union passport or an active, legal authorization to work in Portugal.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, localization, or call centers is advantageous but completely optional. We offer comprehensive, fully paid training from day one!
