Contract Terms & Scheduling
- Base Salary: €1,237 gross per month (distributed over a standard 12-month timeline).
- Hours: 40 hours weekly (spread across 5 working days).
- Shift Window: Variable rotating timetables operating between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Content Analyst, your core mission is to oversee platform protection and apply user guidelines by executing the following actions:
- Media Verification: Examine and judge user-submitted content—such as profiles, text posts, graphics, and video clips—to ensure total alignment with corporate standards.
- Risk Prevention: Detect, report, and delete inappropriate, deceptive, or abusive material to shield the digital ecosystem from harm.
- Incident Resolution: Manage and process escalated user grievances regarding profile security, exploits, and guideline breaches with high attention to detail.
- KPI Alignment: Keep a neutral, understanding mindset while meeting target metrics for processing volume, speed, and accuracy.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Qualifications
- Linguistic Fluency: Native or near-native command of Ukrainian, alongside a solid grasp of English (minimum B2 level) to successfully complete company onboarding and internal corporate communications.
- Right to Work: Applicants must hold current EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or recognized Refugee Status paperwork.
- Mental Adaptability: Comfortable viewing potentially sensitive online media and capable of succeeding in a fast-moving setup with changing shift rosters.
Preferred Attributes
- Previous experience in online safety, digital moderation, or client care is a plus, but not required. We offer full professional training to ensure your success.
