Work Structure: To set you up for ultimate success, this position begins with comprehensive, fully paid on-site training at our contemporary Lisbon office. After mastering the onboarding phase, you will transition into a flexible hybrid work model, giving you the perfect balance of team collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

In this role, you will be the voice of a globally recognized leader in household appliances and consumer electronics, delivering premium support and troubleshooting to their Nordic customer base.

Your Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to turn standard customer inquiries into exceptional, memorable experiences that strengthen brand loyalty.

  • Omnichannel Support: Assist Finnish-speaking clients through incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat, answering questions about product features, delivery timelines, installations, warranties, and orders.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Listen intently to customer issues regarding home appliances and electronics, diagnose the root cause, and offer clear solutions or coordinate with the technical repair network.
  • Information Management: Maintain highly accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and case outcomes within our CRM system for seamless case tracking.
  • Brand Advocacy: Stay up to date on the company's latest technology, product inventory, and core values, representing the organization with authentic empathy and professionalism.
  • Ongoing Growth: Participate in regular training workshops to keep your knowledge sharp regarding new merchandise and modern customer care techniques.

Candidate Profile

While prior customer care experience is fantastic, we place a much higher value on your attitude, empathy, and interpersonal skills. We provide complete professional training to ensure you hit the ground running.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Finnish (C1/C2 level), along with a solid working knowledge of English (B2 level) for internal communications.
  • Location & Mobility: You must already reside in Lisbon or be completely prepared and legally permitted to relocate to Portugal on your own.
  • Core Mindset: A patient, solution-focused communication style centered around customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Literacy: The ability to navigate multiple computer programs seamlessly and adapt to new digital platforms quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, call centers, hospitality, or tech support is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • An enthusiasm for consumer electronics, smart home innovations, or modern home appliances.

Work Schedule

  • Days & Hours: 5 days a week, 40 hours per week.
  • Shift Time: 07:00 to 16:00.

Salary, Perks & Benefits

We provide a robust compensation package designed to ensure financial peace of mind while rewarding your daily achievements:

  • Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (fully aligned with local mandatory summer and Christmas bonus structures).
  • Language Premium: An extra €150 monthly allowance for utilizing your specialized Finnish language skills.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €100 additional per month based on hitting service quality and efficiency metrics.
  • Meal Stipend: €7 per day worked, adding approximately €140 to €150 net extra to your monthly take-home pay.

Important Notice Regarding Relocation
