In this position, you will be the headline personality for our interactive digital broadcasts. Whether you come from a background in theatre, public relations, or premium hospitality, our comprehensive preparation program will equip you with the on-camera hosting skills and technical studio knowledge required to succeed.

The Primary Objective: Delivering Exceptional Broadcasts

As an on-camera host, you serve as the vital bridge between our production studio and a global audience. Your primary mission is to ensure a premium, entertaining, and high-quality viewing experience for all users.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Studio Show Hosting: Guide and present high-tempo, interactive online broadcasts within a contemporary studio environment.
• Audience Cultivation: Interact dynamically with Russian-speaking viewers to foster a welcoming, professional relationship and encourage ongoing viewer retention.
• On-Camera Presentation: Adhere to defined guidelines regarding wardrobe, personal grooming, and professional conduct to ensure every broadcast maintains a polished image.
• Technical Integration: Master our advanced multimedia software and broadcasting infrastructure (comprehensive technical training provided).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Linguistic Background: Native or near-native mastery of the Russian language, alongside a functional, intermediate command of English (B1/B2 level) for corporate team communication.
• Screen Charisma: A natural aptitude for captivating a virtual crowd while maintaining an upbeat, high-energy demeanor throughout live streams.
• European Work Rights: Candidates must already hold valid legal authorization to work within the European Union (such as an EU Passport or a valid residence permit).
• Background Variety: Prior experience in the performing arts, public speaking, or luxury customer relations is a significant advantage, but an engaging on-camera presence is our top priority.
