Dutch Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Onboarding Account Manager to join our Digital Advertising team in Barcelona. In this role, you will help high-growth Dutch companies scale their business through strategic advertising solutions. You will serve as the primary consultant for new partners in the Netherlands, guiding their digital strategy and ensuring long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

As the lead for the client's initial experience, you will turn advertising technology into clear business results.

• Campaign Management: Set up and manage high-performance PPC campaigns for a variety of Dutch clients.
• Technical Consulting: Act as a product expert, tailoring advertising tools to meet specific business goals.
• Strategic Sales: Analyze client needs to provide marketing solutions that improve their ROI.
• Account Growth: Find opportunities to expand accounts and manage budgets to maximize value.
• Data Management: Keep accurate records in the CRM to ensure smooth internal teamwork.

Requirements

We need a professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to build trust with Dutch business stakeholders.

• Education: A University degree is required; a Master's in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
• Languages: Native or C2-level fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Professional Background: Strong experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles with a history of hitting targets.
• Digital Skills: Ability to use data and analytics to create effective client strategies.
• Cultural Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Dutch business market and regional regulations like GDPR.
