• Schedule: 24/7 rotational roster (5 working days weekly, 8-hour daily shifts)

Role Overview

We are recruiting fluent German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to represent a premier global e-commerce retail platform. Working on-site in Umhlanga, you will serve as the primary customer point of contact, addressing requests regarding order updates, delivery tracking, payment processing, and catalog items. Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Provide customer support across chat, phone, and email in both German and English.
• Fulfillment Operations: Guide shoppers through return processes, shipment tracking, and order modifications.
• De-escalation: Resolve customer concerns calmly using structured reasoning and active listening.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on merchandise offerings and platform return policies.
• Account Logging: Enter detailed records of all interactions into the CRM software.
• Service Metrics: Maintain team benchmarks centered on quality standards and CSAT scores.

Qualifications & Skills

• Languages: Fluent German (B2 level or higher) and professional English proficiency.
• Education: Matric / Grade 12 high school qualification or equal standard.
• Availability: Ready to work variable rotational shifts, including night, weekend, and holiday schedules.
• System Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple browser windows and software platforms at once.
• Background: Previous customer support, retail, or call center experience is an advantage; comprehensive paid training is included.
