Overview

Are you a strong communicator fluent in Hebrew and proficient in English? Looking to kickstart your tech career in sunny Lisbon? We are seeking an energetic Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator to join our international team. You will protect Hebrew-speaking users across a global tech ecosystem covering social media, creative applications, online ads, and enterprise tools. Relocation support is provided for international candidates.

Primary Duties

  • Maintain Content Quality: Review Hebrew user-generated media, text, and posts to enforce community guidelines and safety standards.
  • Investigate & Resolve Issues: Identify safety risks, log violations, and escalate complex cases to specialized internal units.
  • Support Online Safety: Execute quick, impartial content assessments to protect platform integrity.
  • Uphold Policy Standards: Apply policy frameworks to mitigate digital risks and ensure a secure user environment.
  • Ongoing Skill Development: Participate in ongoing training to keep up with updated guidelines, cultural nuances, and moderation tools.

Basic Requirements

  • Hebrew Skills: Native or full professional fluency (written and spoken) in Hebrew.
  • English Skills: B2 level or higher for team collaboration, systems training, and documentation.
  • Work Right: Valid EU/EEA citizenship or an active Portuguese work/residence permit.
  • Experience: Backgrounds in customer operations, data entry, or trust and safety are welcome, but not mandatory (paid training provided).
  • Tech Comfort: Strong familiarity with web tools, digital apps, and social platforms.
  • Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and adaptable problem-solving skills.

Work Authorization Rules

Candidates must possess existing legal authorization to work in Portugal under one of the following:

  • EU / EEA / Swiss Citizens: Valid national ID card or passport.
  • Portuguese Permit Holders: Active Título de Residência allowing immediate full-time employment.

    (Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for non-EU candidates lacking existing Portuguese work rights.)

Compensation & Relocation Plans

  • Option 1: Local Package (Current Lisbon Residents)

    • Base Salary: €1,767 Gross/month (12-month schedule)

  • Option 2: Relocation Package (International Movers)

    • Base Salary: €1,478.16 Gross/month
    • Travel: Fully funded flight to Lisbon plus free airport transfer
    • Housing: Private room in a fully furnished shared company apartment with all utilities included for the entire contract duration
