- Multi-Channel Communication: Manage premium interactions across phone, email, and live chat platforms to resolve inquiries regarding digital setups and platform capabilities.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Serve as a product expert, pinpointing and resolving technical glitches and account anomalies with high precision.
- User Optimization & Feedback: Assist users in utilizing the platform efficiently while channeling user insights back to engineering teams to spark product development.
