Whether a user needs assistance recovering an account, syncing smart devices, managing digital subscriptions, or troubleshooting a software update, your job will be to provide calm, friendly, and seamless guidance toward a solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Engage with Polish-speaking users via inbound calls, live chat, or email, maintaining a polite, professional, and empathetic tone at all times.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to device connectivity, operating systems, cloud-based applications, software updates, and user profiles.
- Account Security: Help users manage private data, reset passwords, and navigate subscriptions while strictly adhering to privacy and data protection protocols.
- User Education: Demystify technical processes by explaining them in simple, easy-to-understand terms, transforming a frustrating tech glitch into an excellent experience.
- Case Documentation: Keep precise records of customer interactions and technical resolutions in our global internal database to ensure continuity of care.
Who We Are Looking For

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Polish, paired with a solid B2 level of English (essential for internal training, system tools, and team collaboration).
- Residency: You must currently live in Portugal and possess valid local documentation (including a NIF, NISS, and a valid work/residency permit).
- Communication: A genuine desire to help others, active listening skills, and the talent for breaking down complex tech issues into simple language.
- Tech Savviness: A natural interest in consumer tech, apps, and operating systems, along with the comfort to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Adaptability: The agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where software updates and procedural guidelines evolve frequently.

As a 100% remote role, you must have a home setup that supports high-quality service:
