In this role, you will be the voice of a world-leading travel platform, helping Swedish-speaking travelers plan their perfect trips and resolve any issues they encounter along the way.

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere within Bulgaria. We provide all the necessary high-tech equipment—you just provide the passion and the language skills!

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you are more than just support; you are a travel hero. Your daily mission includes:

  • Passenger Support: Assisting Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat with inquiries regarding their travel reservations, accommodation details, and platform navigation.
  • Problem Resolution: Handling booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Expert Guidance: Providing accurate information on travel policies, destination requirements, and payment processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring every traveler receives a "gold standard" experience that builds long-term loyalty and trust.
  • System Management: Navigating internal databases and CRM tools to document interactions and manage travel data efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

We value personality and language skills above all else. While prior experience is a plus, it is not mandatory—we provide comprehensive, fully paid training to set you up for success.

Requirements:

  • Swedish: Native or fluent proficiency (C2) is essential.
  • English: Strong working knowledge (B2 level or higher) for training, system navigation, and internal communication.
  • Residency: You must currently reside in Bulgaria. This role is only open to local candidates.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software and digital communication tools.
  • Customer-First Attitude: Genuine empathy, patience, and a desire to help people.
  • Home Office Setup: A quiet workspace with a stable internet connection (we provide the PC and peripherals).
