Key Responsibilities & Daily Operations

As a Customer Advisor, your daily impact reaches far beyond standard customer service. You will guide clients through the digital finance ecosystem, ensuring their transactions remain seamless and highly secure.

• Multichannel Help: Address inbound inquiries via phone and live chat, delivering clear and helpful guidance on system navigation.
• Technical Diagnostics: Help users set up profiles, verify transfer statuses, and resolve technical platform glitches.
• Security & Fraud Mitigation: Closely monitor user activity to detect suspicious behavior, preventing fraud and keeping digital assets safe.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with a multicultural team, utilizing your English language skills to align on organizational objectives and project updates.

Who We Are Looking For: Requirements & Profile

Minimum Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken French, alongside a solid B2 level of English for corporate communications and training.
• Positive Attitude: A welcoming, proactive personality with an authentic desire to help others and master new skills.
• Digital Literacy: High comfort level utilizing diverse software programs and multitasking across multiple screens simultaneously.
• Flexibility: Readiness to work fully on-site at our Lisbon hub and adapt to a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (inclusive of nights and weekends).

• Fixed Salary: A base salary of €930 gross per month, issued 14 times per year (fully incorporating the mandatory local summer and Christmas bonus payouts).
• Attendance Bonus: An extra €65 gross monthly incentive for maintaining punctual and dependable attendance.
• Daily Meal Money: €7.63 per operational day, distributed directly via a corporate food card.
• Future Growth: Clear internal promotion pathways into advanced corporate roles, including Team Leader, Quality Analyst, or Corporate Trainer.
