About the job French Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

Your Role: Supporting Online Finances
As a Customer Consultant, you do far more than just answer everyday inquiries. You will actively guide users through the digital payment ecosystem, ensuring their financial transfers are processed without a hitch:
- Inquiry Resolution: Provide expert assistance to French-speaking clients regarding digital transfers, payment gateways, and account management.
- Technical Guidance: Troubleshoot platform issues and walk users step-by-step through the details of modern financial tools.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every single interaction strictly adheres to the high-security standards required for handling sensitive financial data.
- Team Synergy: Utilize your English skills to participate in global meetings and collaborate on projects with international departments.
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring user issues and suggest practical, real-world improvements to our product development team.
Who We Are Looking For

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in French, paired with a professional intermediate level of English (B2 level).

- Base Pay: €930 gross per month, distributed 14 times a year (inclusive of mandatory local summer and Christmas bonus payments).
- Reliability Bonus: An extra €65 monthly cash bonus for maintaining perfect attendance and punctuality.
- Meal Stipend: €7.63 per working day, loaded directly onto a dedicated food card (adding roughly €150 extra net cash each month).
