We are actively recruiting driven and enthusiastic Norwegian-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join our growing international team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this position, you will represent a world-renowned leader in smart household appliances and consumer electronics, delivering exceptional support to their Nordic customer base.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as the crucial link between the consumer and the brand, transforming standard support queries into memorable, high-quality interactions.
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound inquiries from Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with order status, product details, warranties, delivery logistics, and initial setups.
- Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customer issues regarding electronic devices and home appliances, diagnose the core problem, and provide clear troubleshooting steps, or escalate complex issues to the authorized repair network.
- Data Management: Meticulously record all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM system to maintain seamless case histories.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Stay up to date on the brand's latest product launches, tech updates, and corporate values, projecting these with empathy and professionalism.
- Skill Enhancement: Participate in continuous, fully paid training sessions to keep your technical knowledge and customer service capabilities sharp.

Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native mastery (C1/C2) of Norwegian, along with a strong professional command (B2) of English.
- Relocation & Legality: Currently living in Lisbon, or fully prepared and legally authorized to relocate to Portugal independently.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, combined with a patient, customer-first attitude.
- Technical Comfort: Comfortable utilizing computers, multitasking across multiple software programs, and quickly mastering new digital tools.
Nice-to-Have Assets
- Prior experience in customer support, call centers, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but not required.
- A genuine enthusiasm for consumer tech, smart home ecosystems, or modern home appliances.
Work Schedule
- Commitment: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
- Shift Times: Fixed daytime shift from 08:00 to 17:00.

Salary & Benefits

- Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (reflecting standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonuses).
- Language Bonus: An extra €150 monthly premium for your specialized Norwegian language skills.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €100 per month based on hitting key quality and performance targets.
- Food Allowance: €7 per working day (adding roughly €140–€150 in tax-free net income each month).
