Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Support: Assist consumers and business clients via live chat, email, and phone with queries regarding account management, platform features, digital tools, and advertising tools.
- Problem Solve & Troubleshoot: Diagnose the root causes of technical or operational issues, guide users through step-by-step solutions, and transfer complex cases to specialized internal teams.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction: Provide friendly, fast, and precise responses to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution benchmarks.
- Platform & Quality Guidance: Share insights on best practices for platform features, ad campaign setups, and account safety to help clients maximize the value of their online presence.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new product releases, feature updates, policy guidelines, and support software through regular training sessions.
Minimum Requirements
- Hebrew Language: Full operational/fluent command of Hebrew (written and spoken) to communicate seamlessly with enterprise users and consumers.
- English Language: Minimum B2 level in English (essential for internal communication, tool usage, and training).
- Work Authorization: Must hold EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese Work Permit, or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesks, call centers, or sales is a great bonus, but not required! We provide fully paid training from day one.
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with social media channels, online digital tools, or basic internet navigation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong empathy, active listening, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Mandatory Work Eligibility & Documentation
To be considered for this role, candidates must legally hold the right to work in Portugal via one of the following criteria:
- EU / EEA / Swiss Citizenship: Possess a valid passport or national ID card from an EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland.
- Valid Portuguese Residence & Work Permit: Hold an active Portuguese Título de Residência or equivalent legal documentation granting immediate full-time employment rights in Portugal.
Please note: We are unable to sponsor initial work visas for non-EU applicants who do not already possess active legal work authorization for Portugal.

For candidates already living in Lisbon with their own housing:
- Base Salary: €1,767 Gross per month (distributed over 12 months)
- Monthly performance-based bonuses

Option 2: Full Relocation Package
For candidates relocating to Lisbon from overseas:
- Base Salary: €1,478.16 Gross per month
- Inclusions:
