Position: Content Moderator – Polish & English

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work Model: Fully On-Site (Full-Time & Part-Time options available)

Schedule: 24/7 Rotating Shift Pattern (Monday through Sunday)

Compensation: €1,550 Gross monthly for Full-Time (Paid every 4 weeks; Part-Time pro-rated)

About the Role

Join our Sofia team as a Content Moderator and play an essential part in building a safer digital space. In this position, you will analyze, review, and evaluate user-submitted posts and online advertisements in Polish to ensure full compliance with safety policies and community standards.

Content Sensitivity Notice: This role requires evaluating user-generated posts and ad materials that regularly feature explicit imagery, video footage, or text covering sensitive themes like violence. Candidates must demonstrate emotional resilience and practice healthy mental wellness habits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, review, and make prompt moderation decisions on incoming user posts and commercial ads.
• Accurately enforce client policy rules to flag or remove non-compliant media, including content displaying graphic or sensitive violence.
• Consistently meet operational targets for precision, speed, and quality control.
• Engage in wellness initiatives, one-on-one coaching, and team check-ins to support ongoing mental well-being and emotional strength.
• Work closely with team leads and quality assurance specialists to ensure fair and consistent moderation decisions across the platform.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent or C1/C2 mastery of Polish, alongside strong working command of English (B2+ level or higher).
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work Full-Time or Part-Time hours across a 24/7 rotational roster (including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts).
• Work Location: Entirely on-site at our corporate office in Sofia.
• Emotional Strength: Ability to handle intense, high-impact media while maintaining personal composure and professional detachment.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail and sound, swift decision-making abilities under fast-moving guidelines.
