Position Summary Support digital ad strategies for Dutch commercial clients as a Google Ads specialist in Barcelona. You will oversee portfolio success end-to-end—managing seamless onboarding, increasing ad product usage, protecting retention, and driving account ROI.

Primary Duties

  • Discovery & Setup: Assess new corporate client goals to build customized Google Ads roadmaps.
  • Consultative Engagement: Connect with business managers and directors to demonstrate ad value and align strategy.
  • Account Optimization: Set up and optimize Google Ads accounts by refining ad copy, keywords, and audience segments.
  • Performance Reviews: Analyze campaign metrics to deliver recommendations that elevate account ROAS and performance.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep internal CRM records up-to-date with current client details and pipeline stages.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide regional insights from the Dutch market to refine overall strategy.

Applicant Profile

  • Languages: Fluent C1/C2 Dutch level paired with professional English capabilities.
  • Experience: Practical experience in account management, consultative sales, or digital support roles.
  • Market Insight: Clear understanding of Dutch business practices and European GDPR regulations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication style, and adept at using digital platforms.
