Your Role: Leading the Digital Broadcast
As a Live Presenter, you are both an entertainer and a brand ambassador. Working in a high-tech studio, you will host Dutch-language broadcasts and interact with a global audience in real-time.
- Hosting: Lead interactive gaming sessions with professional, high-energy delivery.
- Audience Engagement: Chat with viewers through a live digital portal to create a positive environment and keep people watching.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and on-camera communication.
- Rules & Accuracy: Follow strict broadcast protocols to ensure every session is fair and accurate.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the production crew and floor managers to ensure a smooth, high-quality show.
Salary & Performance Bonuses
Our pay structure is designed to reward your language skills and on-air performance. Estimated Monthly Earnings: €1,850 – €2,100 (Gross).
- Base Salary: A stable, fixed monthly pay of €1,500.
- Language Bonus: An extra €4.00 per hour for all live broadcast sessions.
- Quality Bonus: Earn up to €3.00 extra per hour based on your professionalism and performance.
- Night Shift Pay: Work between 22:55 and 08:00 and get a 20% salary increase.
- Growth: Options to work 40 hours per week to increase your earnings.
