Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement we provide full training!

What Youll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Azerbaijani.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Educate customers about our services, policies, and processes to enhance their experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to meet performance targets and maintain high service standards.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team remotely.
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required we provide full training!
  • Must be based in Bulgaria (even though the position is remote).
