We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in the e-commerce sector. In this role, you will focus exclusively on providing support through email and chat, allowing you to engage with customers and address their queries effectively. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to be present in our Qormi office for 2 days a week, while working remotely for the remaining 3 days.

We welcome candidates relocating from abroad and offer a comprehensive relocation package, which includes flight tickets to Malta and accommodation to help you transition smoothly into your new surroundings. While prior experience in customer service is beneficial, we also value candidates with a strong customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support via email and chat: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.
  • Resolve customer issues: Identify and effectively address customer problems to ensure a high level of satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Product knowledge acquisition: Develop a deep understanding of our e-commerce platform, products, and services to offer well-informed support to customers.
  • Feedback collection and improvement: Gather customer feedback and communicate common issues or suggestions to the appropriate teams to enhance products and services.
  • Internal team collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system, ensuring all communications are properly documented.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German: You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in German to engage effectively with customers.
  • Good command of English: Proficiency in English is necessary for internal communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Customer-oriented attitude: A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a desire to assist others is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities: You should be capable of quickly assessing situations and delivering effective solutions to customer issues.
