Daily Accountabilities & Workflow

As a Virtual Solutions Advisor, your regular tasks will include:

• Interactive Client Care: Handling incoming requests across multiple channels, including telephone networks, emails, and live web chat, with rapid and high-quality responses.
• Technical Issue Diagnosis: Reviewing sensitive and advanced client inquiries involving profile security, gateway infrastructure errors, and complex billing inquiries.

Qualifications & Competencies
