Core Responsibilities & Daily On-Site Workflow

As an on-camera Live Broadcast Presenter, your daily routine inside the studio will involve:

• Live Stream Anchoring: Presenting high-energy, interactive digital programs within a modern, professional broadcasting setup.
• Audience Interaction: Building an upbeat, engaging rapport with Russian-speaking viewers to optimize enthusiasm and audience retention.
• Aesthetic Standards: Maintaining immaculate personal grooming, appearance, and professional camera etiquette on every broadcast.
• Studio Equipment Operation: Mastering advanced production hardware and broadcasting applications (with complete on-site training provided) for seamless technical execution.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

We are seeking charismatic, detail-oriented team players who communicate effortlessly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Language Fluency: Native or near-native mastery of Russian, combined with a functional, intermediate command of English (B1/B2 level) for internal production communication.
• Screen Presence: A natural talent for capturing a virtual audience's focus while keeping energy levels high throughout a live shift.
• Scheduling Agility: Complete comfort working within a 24/7 rotating shift framework (including daytime, nighttime, and weekend hours).
• Legal Authorization: A current, valid right to work within the European Union (e.g., an EU passport or a valid resident visa).
• Experience Mix: A background in public speaking, the performing arts, or premium customer service is highly beneficial, though a professional attitude is our main priority.
