The Opportunity

In this role, you will be instrumental in protecting the user base of a leading international social media platform. You will work alongside a dedicated team focused on preserving a secure, welcoming, and positive online environment for millions of daily active users.

Employment Terms & Framework

  • Compensation: €1,237 gross monthly salary (paid out on a standard 12-month calendar).
  • Working Hours: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (divided into five 8-hour working days, with a 1-hour daily lunch break).
  • Shift Schedule: Rotating rosters covering Monday through Sunday, scheduled between the hours of 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight).

Daily Responsibilities

As a Content Reviewer, your core mission is to protect platform integrity and enforce community guidelines by:

  • Media Assessment: Reviewing user-generated submissions—including profile text, videos, static graphics, and written posts—to ensure absolute compliance with platform policies.
  • Safety Enforcement: Identifying, flagging, and deleting harmful, fraudulent, or abusive material to foster a healthy online environment.
  • Case Management: Processing and resolving profile bans, safety alerts, and user appeals with high operational accuracy.
  • Target Achievement: Balancing an objective mindset and professional empathy with rapid resolution times to meet team productivity and quality benchmarks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native command of Ukrainian, complemented by intermediate English skills (at least B2) to successfully handle training and internal company updates.
  • Legal Status: Candidates must possess EU citizenship, a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable reviewing sensitive digital material and capable of adjusting smoothly to changing shift schedules.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in customer care or online moderation is a plus but not mandatory. We deliver comprehensive corporate training from day one to set you up for success.
