French Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

In this position, you will go far beyond standard customer service. You will serve as the primary brand ambassador for a premier global payment solutions company, guiding both corporate clients and everyday users through digital transactions to guarantee a seamless, safe, and efficient financial process. As a Customer Operations Consultant, your mission is to turn everyday technical troubleshooting into an easy, reliable, and positive experience for our users.

Your Everyday Responsibilities

In this role, your daily routine will center around providing top-tier support and maintaining operational excellence:

• Multichannel Assistance: Support French-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat to resolve platform inquiries, account setups, and payment processing issues.
• Problem Resolution: Research and fix billing discrepancies, payment errors, and account security issues while maintaining strict attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Compliance & Privacy: Strictly follow global data protection standards (like GDPR) and fraud-prevention protocols to keep every transaction fully secure.
• Team Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between our everyday users and internal technical teams, passing along valuable user feedback to help improve our software.
• Fast-Paced Productivity: Successfully balance multiple tasks at once in a high-energy environment, all while keeping a calm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We care more about your attitude, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities than your past experience. No prior financial or customer service background is required, as we offer a thorough, fully paid training program to give you all the tools you need!

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2), paired with a solid working knowledge of English (B2) for internal communications, training, and software navigation.
• Tech Savviness: High comfort level learning new digital platforms and multitasking across various software applications.
• Empathy & Resilience: A sincere desire to help others and the ability to stay composed during high-volume peak hours.
• Location: Already living in Lisbon, or fully ready to relocate to Portugal's beautiful coastal capital (either on your own or through our corporate relocation program).

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

• Base Salary: €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (including traditional Portuguese summer and Christmas bonuses).
• Punctuality Bonus: An extra €65 monthly bonus for excellent and consistent attendance.
