Primary Daily Accountabilities

As an Italian Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the essential, frontline voice of our corporate brand, guaranteeing that our Italian-speaking customer base receives an extraordinary level of care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

  • Omnichannel Customer Engagement: Responding to user inquiries in an efficient, empathetic, and professional manner across multiple communication channels—including real-time web chats, incoming phone calls, and written email threads.
  • Systematic Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Methodically identifying technical anomalies, account irregularities, and service issues, walking users through clear, step-by-step solutions to ensure complete issue resolution.
  • Database Maintenance & CRM Management: Maintaining pristine, detailed, and up-to-date documentation regarding customer communications, feedback, and active resolution tickets inside our central CRM system.
  • Continuous Product & Guideline Mastery: Actively staying informed about product updates, software developments, internal operational procedures, and support tools to deliver accurate, high-quality assistance.

Required Language Proficiencies

  • Italian: High-level, fluent mastery in both oral and written communication.

  • Package Option A (Self-Arranged Housing): A gross base monthly salary of €1,340 for individuals who prefer to search for, rent, and manage their own private apartment or studio.
  • Package Option B (Company-Managed Housing): A gross base monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate housing arranged directly by the company.
