This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for those already settled in Portugal who want to work for a global leader in the automotive tech industry.
The Project
You will be the voice of a prestigious automotive brand, assisting customers with their Digital Services. This includes everything from troubleshooting in-car connectivity and mobile apps to managing remote vehicle features and navigation subscriptions. You aren't just answering phones; you are helping drivers navigate the digital evolution of their vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Support & Guide: Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding digital dashboard features, app connectivity, and account management.
- Troubleshoot: Resolve technical inquiries related to GPS, remote start, electric vehicle charging apps, and software updates.
- Customer Excellence: Provide a premium experience that aligns with a world-class automotive brand.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level fluency in Danish and a minimum of B2 English.
- Location: You must currently reside in Portugal. This is a "locals only" recruitment; no relocation support is provided.
- Availability: Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
- Tech Savvy: A natural interest in digital apps, smartphones, and automotive technology.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not a requirement. We value potential and attitude!
