Join a premier global technology and social platform in Lisbon as a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

Acting as a frontline brand ambassador and digital consultant for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), you will handle client inquiries, resolve technical challenges, and help accounts maximize their advertising and platform performance across digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Deliver high-quality customer care across live chat, email ticketing, and phone (inbound and outbound) to ensure prompt and effective query handling.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve pre- and post-sales issues covering account setups, billing, ad campaign performance, payment gateways, and technical errors.
  • Merchant Guidance: Educate clients on platform features, ad tools, campaign optimization strategies, and self-service features to promote long-term account independence.
  • Bug Escalation: Spot recurring technical trends, account glitches, or critical customer feedback and route them efficiently to product engineering and specialized technical teams.
  • Data Logging: Maintain structured, highly accurate interaction records in the CRM database in strict compliance with global data privacy standards (GDPR).

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent command of written and spoken Turkish, alongside B2+ level English for utilizing software tools, internal communications, team collaboration, and training sessions.
  • Residency & Work Rights: Current physical residence in Portugal with immediate, legal authorization to work on-site in Lisbon (no visa sponsorship or remote option available).
  • Digital Literacy: High computer proficiency with the ability to manage multi-tab setups, CRM tools, internal databases, and chat software simultaneously.
  • Schedule Agility: Flexibility to work rotational shift patterns, including periodic weekend duty and public holiday rosters.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Prior experience in contact centers, customer success, BPO environments, digital marketing, or e-commerce is highly beneficial, though proactive candidates with strong empathy and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
