We are recruiting dynamic, fluent Dutch speakers to lead our real-time digital broadcasts right from the center of Madrid. This position serves as an ideal launchpad if you bring strong camera presence and want to launch an international career in online media and digital entertainment.

As an interactive presenter, you will host energetic streams, interact with global audiences, and serve as the face of our brand in a state-of-the-art studio environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Stream Hosting: Present lively, energetic broadcasts with a polished on-screen persona.
  • Audience Engagement: Interact with live viewers to cultivate an inviting atmosphere and build viewer retention.
  • Visual Standards: Uphold high standards of personal grooming, composure, and professional presentation on air.
  • Operational Integrity: Adhere to strict studio protocols to ensure complete fairness, transparency, and accuracy during live shows.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with technical staff and floor managers to deliver smooth, high-quality broadcasts.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: A reliable monthly base pay of €1,500.
  • Language Premium: An additional €4.00 per hour while presenting live Dutch broadcasts.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €3.00 extra per hour based on quality metrics and presentation standards.
  • Night Differential: A 20% pay increase for hours worked between 22:55 and 08:00.
  • Target Earnings: Full-time presenters typically make between €1,850 and €2,100 gross monthly.

Spain Relocation Package

  • Travel Covered: Paid flight to Madrid (or high-speed train ticket for moves within Spain).
  • Initial Housing: 25 days of company-provided accommodation to help you transition smoothly.
  • Relocation Allowance: A €1,500 cash payment to assist with initial moving costs.
  • Administrative Support: Hands-on assistance from HR to secure your Spanish NIE, set up Social Security, and open a local bank account.
