Your Mission: Supporting Financial Goals

Working from a modern office and supported by a local leadership team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Multi-Channel Support: Communcate with clients via phone, email, and live chat to provide expert information on credit and financial products.
  • Compliance & Documents: Help clients through the application process by ensuring all files are correct and explaining financial terms in simple language.
  • Relationship Building: Provide personalized follow-ups to keep client satisfaction high and build long-term brand loyalty.
  • Solution Analysis: Review client profiles to recommend the best financial solutions for their specific needs.

What We're Looking For

We want professionals who combine strong organizational skills with great people skills.

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native French (C1/C2). Excellent speaking and writing skills are our top priority.
  • Location: You must currently live in Braga or the surrounding area. This is a 100% on-site role for those who enjoy a high-energy, collaborative office environment.
  • Experience: While a background in finance or customer service is a plus, we value potential. Ambitious entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, as we provide a fully paid, in-depth training program.
  • Key Traits: A natural sense of empathy, a team-player attitude, and the discipline to work well in a fast-paced setting.
  • Note: Professional English is not required for this specific role.

Work Schedule & Balance

Our schedule is designed for consistency while meeting the needs of a busy market:

  • Standard Week: A steady 40-hour work week.
  • Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00.
  • Saturdays: Morning shifts only, from 08:00 to 15:00.
  • Time Off: Two days off per week (Sunday is always off, plus one other day during the week).
