KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication Skills: Provide expert help through phone calls, emails, and live chat in French.
• Technical Help: Act as an expert, helping users navigate difficult software systems and hardware features.
• Professional Attitude: Use empathy and a professional tone to make sure every customer feels they are getting a top-quality experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product launches and software updates so you can give accurate, real-time information.
• Accurate Records: Carefully write down all customer details in the company computer system to keep things running smoothly.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: GREAT COMMUNICATION & SHARP THINKING

We value people skills and great speaking abilities. You do not need to be a tech expert yet—we provide a full professional training school to teach you everything you need to know.

• Language Skills: Native or C2-level French is strictly required.
• English Skills: You need English (B2 level) for internal company meetings and training.
• Location: You must live in Greece or be ready to move anywhere in the country before you start.
• Tech Savvy: You are naturally comfortable with modern software and have a real interest in new electronic gadgets and technology.
