  • Strategic Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty through personalized coverage reviews and administrative excellence.
  • Technical Interface: Utilize high-tier CRM and Insurance-specific software to manage data integrity under strict GDPR and German regulatory frameworks.

The Candidate Profile
